How do you keep the banana slices from turning brown in a layered creme pie?!
Answers: They will be in between a layer of Chocolate & banana puddings.
all the answer above is correct..and cut the banana slices just before u layer 'em in between the puddings...
this prevent the banana from getting too soft and soggy..
I think lemon or lime juice is the key
Lemon juice!
slightly dip in lemon or lime juice
Squeeze some lemon/lime juice on the bananas.
Lemon juice and lime juice or either one is fine.
Get ripe bananas and slice them fresh right before you make it.
