Baked Beans
Peanut Butter
White Rice
Pancake Mix

Hey there!
*You could make peanut butter pancakes, mix according to the directions on the box and then add a couple of spoons of peanut butter, cook as directed.
*dice the chicken strips and fry then mix with the mac & cheese.
*keep the corn and beans for side dishes and add butter to the rice.
Make the most of what you have!!
God Bless!
well you can make chicken strips ...with macNcheese... (American)..... corn, beans, chicken (FAMILY....).... rice, chicken(sliced up)..(CHINEESSE _ISH)....lol..... Pancakes, eggs,,, buy some bread.....and butter it... ((breakfest....))
how many people are you serving? do you have cheese? even sliced cheese works.
in a casserole dish put 2 cups of water and one cup of rice and about 4 or 5 slices of cheese. make sure the chicken is thawed out and cut about 3 or 4 pieces up into bite size pieces and season them to taste. put the raw chicken and about 2 or 3 tablespoons of butter in the dish. cook on 350 in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the rice and chicken are done. just keep an eye on it. good luck!
for breakfast, the peanut butter added to the pancake mix would make a really neat special breakfast. You might need one egg if the pancake mix calls for it.
Instead of having Lunch & Supper, have just an early supper. Take one egg and beat it with water. Mix some herbs & spices with the flour. Dip the chicken in egg mix. Then dip it in the herb/flour mix. Let it rest of a paper towel, and dip again in the egg blend, and in the herbed flour blend. Put some butter or else some EVOO in the bottom of a cooking dish to bake the chicken. If you do this early, just place the dish in the refrigerator till you're ready to cook it.
As side dishes for the supper, you have a variety of choices. I wouldn't try to eat everything you have as it appears some have suggested for you to do. To go with the Chicken, I'd boil the rice and heat some corn. Put herbs in both to color and flavor them.
If you lived near me, I'd share some things with you so you could have a dessert and condiments, and some wine.
If you have some friends, you might want to ask if they'd like to have a joint Thanksgiving celebration, and they'd have to contribute some meat, and other things to balance out the meal. A shared celebration would be really nice as it enables you to share the holiday with another friend or friends, and it would give you more food variety which is neat to have at this time. Of course, sharing makes it more of a celebration.
You didn't mention having milk, or other things where I could suggest a dessert, so I cannot put together a dessert concept for you that appeals to me. I'm sorry for my inability. If you had raisins, you could cook rice and find an online recipe for rice pudding. If you want biscuits, you can blend pancake mix, flour, rising agents and make some biscuits.
For your friday breakfast you still hopefully have pancake mix for breakfast.
