Please tell me how to save my Banana Pudding?!


Question: I made a Banana Pudding (5 layers in a big turkey pan) I let the pudding get to thick ( the kind you cook) and it didn't go through the whole thing, put 13 cups of pudding in it total, I was poking holes in it so the pudding would go all the way through,( with a knife) and poked a hole in the pan, about 2 1/2 cups ran out. Do you think it will still be ( enough pudding) in it, and that it wen't all the way through......thank you for your help...

I think it will be fine,if you want to be really sure make another 1cup box and add it. Good luck and sounds yummy! :)

You really need to check to see if it has gone to the bottom if it hasn't you may need to fix more pudding...If it has the egg white topping on it you could take that off stir to be sure it is coated,no one will know you stirred it since the bowl is not a clear one. then when you are happy with it redo the topping.
