Bread pudding getting really puffy and almost over top of pan, still has 30 more minutes help!?!
Answers: my bread pudding feels really heavy in the pan is is very puffy. I just took the foil off and have to bake for 30 more minutes. Is it okay that its so puffy? I think the pan was a little to small for all the pudding. Will it keep going and explode? Or is this normal? HELP!
I've never seen it explode, and it's supposed to get puffy. It should be fine. And, when you cool it, it will most likely fall in the middle. Don't worry when it does, that's normal.
