Do you make banana pudding often?

Here is a down-home old fashioned recipe that gets raves!!

Banana Pudding

3 1/2 cups milk
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
7 level Tablespoons flour
4 egg yolks
1 stick real butter
1 tsp real vanilla
About 4 or 5 bananas
1 Box Vanilla Wafers
1 - 1/2 pint whipping cream
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Measure milk into a Heavy Saucepan. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and the sugar together then add to the milk. Whisk in the egg yolks and add the stick of butter. Cook on Medium heat, stirring constantly until very thick. Add the vanilla, sitr and take the mixture off the heat. Let the mixture cool slightly. In a pretty glass bowl (medium sized) put a thin layer of the pudding, layer of cookies and layer of sliced bananas. Repeat layers untill you run out of ingredients...Usually three layers. (But, you want to end up with a layer of pudding on top) Cool completely. Whip the whipping cream and add the powdered sugar. Put the whipped cream on top of the pudding and garnished with crushed vanilla wafers.

This recipe ALWAYS gets RAVES. Everytime I make it everyone just dies over it and has to have the recipe. If you make it, you won't regret it.

Well I am old school so I make things without measurements, so I will tell you how to achieve this without doing it from scratch. Get some Butter Cake mix or yellow cake mix. Also get a regular size can of sliced peaches. Separate the juice from the peaches and cut them up in smaller pieces or keep them the same size. Add the juice as part of your liquid to the cake mix. After you mix up the cake mix, add the peaches. Put in the oven per the box directions. Now when you cook this, it will not get fully cooked, however, you must cook it to the point that the cake doesn't taste undone, it will remain kind of creamy. Just stick a straw in the center and continue to taste it until it doesn't taste like raw cake mix. Take out of the oven when it taste creamy but done. Let cool until its is warm. This is a desert you need to serve warm. It goes very well with milk.

Ohhh! My mom has this delicious peanut butter desert(it tastes nothing like peanut butter, though).

She takes some whipped cream, cream cheese, peanut butter, cinnamon, and some crushed graham crackers, puts that in the food processor until well whipped. Then she evenly spreads the mixture into a cake pan. After that, you sprinkle on some extra graham cracker crumbs so that it mostly covers the top. Then she lets it sit in the freezer overnight, it is like heaven on a plate!!!

layer the botton of a pie or cake pan any size with gram craker crumbs..
1 can of condensed milk... eagle brand or medowgold..
in a large bowl..
ether use 5 lemons squeezed or third of a cup of bottled juice
or 8 limes and and a third of real lime juice
mix it up till smooth and creamy
add 8 oz of cream whip.. i like using the extra creamy
perfer it to be somewhat defrosted just barly stiff
fold it in.. a little at a time... and put in pan.. let chill for an hour
