Next heat oil in a wok, add a large pinch of monosodium glutamate ( aji-no-moto), a pinch of white pepper and some chopped garlic ( for taste ). Next put in pre-chopped green peppers, ( capsicum) , chopped onion, chopped shallots ( onion leaves will do ) and thinly sliced carrots if you want them.
Add the noodles and toss continuously. Add a tablespoonful of vinegar, some soya sauce and salt to taste. Add teh chicken / meat and keep on tossing till done.

Answers: I normally boil the chicken / beef peices and fry them lightly separately. Boil the noodles till they are a bit soft ( you have to be careful not to overboil them) then remove and wash under a cold tap to remove the starch, add a teaspoon of oil to separate them and keep aside.

just steam cook everything separately then in ur halal ingredians add spices then make noodle separately 1st add ur indian ingredians add vinegar with green chilli water and sauce mix all quite well lastly add ur halal items mix well. sprinkle dry red chilli (mexican) not the powder serve hot
