Need to identify this herb / green?!

Answers: My husband went to a Wegmans in NY and brought home a bunch of nice kale. Somehow something else got stuck in between. I think it's an herb, because when I crush it, it smells nice. I'm trying to identify it. Below is a link to the Flickr picture of it. Help? Thanks.

It looks to me like dill or perhaps fennel.
It is definately not rosemary or lemon grass.
Dill is mild and combines well with fish and vegetables - think of the herb (minus the vinegar of course) in dill pickles.
Fennel, and what you have would be part of the feathery tips of the leaves, smells like anise and is somewhat sweet and aromatic - think licorice.
looks like lemon grass or dill
I couldn't identify it either!!
I went to this website: http://www.kitchenhelper.net/herbs.html
a twig of rosemary
Its Dill.
Idk how someone thought it was rosemary..
It looks like a type of sea grass, which are commonly found growing near Kale beds and are edible too. It is commonly eaten by Japanese people. They are either black or green in colour.
Hi, i think mad cat is right it does look like dill.
I agree that it looks like fennel top (also called anise). Does it smell slightly of licorice? It's a close relative of dill, but I'm thinking this is fennel because the little "branches" are spread apart.
There was probably some fennel near the kale in the veggie case.
