One of my guests bought a turkey over that wasn't cooked fully. How can I finish baking it?!

Question: Since you already cut the breast, wrap it really good in foil and put it back into the oven. :) Just keep checking it and make sure you cook it at about 325. Anything higher will probably dry it out. Just wrap super good to hold in the moisture. I had to do this last year when my popper popped too early and the very deep meat wasnt' finished. It worked fine.

put it in the oven....?

just dump it in oven..! tell ur guest ur just making it hot..

cover with foil and put it in the oven. Good Luck.

Put it back in the oven or you could slice part of it and stick it in the microwave. You should be able to tell if it's done either way.

If you have gravy, carve the turkey and simmer it in the gravy. That's really the safest bet.

umm throw it in the garbage.. who brings an uncooked turkey to dinner?

Your "additional" details say it was already sliced. That makes a BIG difference on any helpful answers we can give you! Either cover it in foil and I would add some of the gravy for moisture and put it in the oven or put it in a casserole with some gravy and use your microwave. Hopefully, you have an instant read thermometer, so you don't overcook the turkey.

Good luck with fixing it. Please realize your original question made it sound like you wanted to know about finishing the baking on a whole bird.

What I would do, is cut off what you will use, that you can use, and keep warm in the oven, place the remaining bird in a separate container and bake at 350, until the rest of the bird is done, the juices run clear. You should baste this with butter, broth or wine as it will dry out if you don't. Re season as well, easy on the salt. Depending on how undone it is, give it about an hour, check it, see if the meat is tender, juices are clear, and if you still have room, take out, and slice, snack, or use for another meal.
