Can you freeze pecan pie?!

Question: I made my first homemade pecan pie this year for thanksgiving. I'm wondering if the left overs(most of the pie) can be frozen and saved for later? I have a vacuum sealer. Would it taste ok once rethawed? It tastes good now but is really sweet. Anyone tried this?

Yes, seal well and freeze, use it within 4 to 6 weeks for best flavor.

i dont think so

yes put it in the freezer

Yes, you can freeze it - all the better if you use a vacuum sealer. It'll taste fine.

no just send it to me

They sell frozen pecan pies in the supermarkets here, and Karo has a recipe for frozen butter pecan pie on their website, so I don't see why you couldn't freeze pecan pie at home since you do have a vaccum sealer.
