You can have a runway party {fashion show}... Like all the girls dress up and have all the parents over and invite them to watch yall "models" strut...
maybe like a spa party..
you can do makeovers for each other, do your makeup, hair, nails, adn stuff like that.
lot of clothes, make up ,nail polish etc. i think the theme should be a girly color like pink , purple

Well try to arrange the party with games and prizes for first place,second place,etc.Some games that would be good for the party would be boardgames,fashion games or any other you prefer.You can also include a sleepover for your friends if its OK with their parents.Try asking the guests what they prefer to eat besides cake and make /order the food based on their choices.Have a good party!
Do a party with a color theme - all the food and clothes and such in one color like: pink!
