go to the playhouse disney web site for a jojo's circus theme they have lots of tips and party ideas.
Clowns, cute face paintings, and if you're brave enough have kids finger paint to make a like 2 ft by 2 ft murial, your child will be able to keep this :) Have tons of kid friendly foods, no popcorn or cotton candy! Those are leading to disasters. Get things like french fries. Have a great party. :)
It sounds very cute but wait until shes liek 4-6. Dont spend all this money on a party she wont remeber that well. 2 years old should be cake, and cofee for soem family.
