Does anyone have ideas for a 13 year old bday party??!
Answers: idk...im still looking for ideas and my birthday is in two weeks. yes....i am counting down. I have sent out my invites and i still have no idea of anything cool. I have thought of just having a party at my house in the garage.(i know that it sounds lame! ) And decorate very creatively and get decorations from a nearby party store. You will be surprised at how easily you can turn something ugly into something pretty neat. oh. i its going to be a girl/boy party and im turning 13 in december. Please give some ideas soon. I have searched the internet and there was stuff like spin the bottle but i dont want that type of stuff at my party. I just want it to be cool and for everyone to have fun. I would really like for it to be a rememberable party. any ideas???? thanx a million.
In da garage sounds pretty cool actually. Get some rope lights and hang them up aorund the wall. Get a styrafoam ball from an art store and cover it with glue. Ten sprinkle glitter, and sepquins all over it. Hang it from teh ceiling. Make it a dance party. Throw pillows down as like a lounge and make like an dance floor. If you can get funky colored pillows and beanbag chairs for seating in the lounge around the dance floor. You should have a dj booth with like an older sibling as the dj and an ipod and idog or some type of speaker. You should go to the dollar store and get crazy decorations that are funky colors like feathers, sequins, centerpieces ect. Gte margarita cups and have liek a bar. Serve nonalcohalic margaritas, sherly temples, and other drinks. Dont forget little minature umbrellas to put in teh drinks. You should also make a little bar where a sibling or parent can serve drinks and food like hotdogs and hamburgers. Make sure its heated and guests where party outfits not casual but not dressy just middle affair clothing. Tell the girls to wear like legging and skirts or pants and guys to wear like baggy jeans a nice shirt and hat. Im not sure if your female or male but female should wear something from wetseal.com like a party top and shorts or skirt. If male wear some jeans and a tshirt. For favors you should give neon bags filled with candy, glow sticks and sunglasses or something. Dont forget to give people glow sticks to wear during the party. If your a gurl wear a featehr boa anda tiara if your a guy wear a crown and a chain to show your boss. Have a great party and dance all night
I say watching movies, listening to music, talking, and eating. Works everytime. And just incase, a few board games.
Try to avoid anything girly, or anything boyish.
And talk to all your guests at some point. You don't want anyone to feel left out.
Be careful how many people you invite;Too many is exactly that. too many. and too little, everyone will get bored within the first 5 minutes of being at your party.
When my daughter turned 13, we took her out to a nice dinner with several of her friends, long time ago.
Perhaps have a dance party, if you have space
Lots of good food (don't know what)
or maybe karaoke (I know, probably not a good idea, but fun),

Theme parties are always good, you know, South of the border decor, Mexican food, Hispanic music,or Hawaiian decor,leis and grass skirts with a luau of Hawaiian food, or Western type decor, barbecue, music and roping demo and participation in square dancing,or a fish fry with sea and beach decor with beach boy music. Oh, I could go on and on. Have fun y'all!!
Movie Party; you get like the paper striped popcorn things and watch a comedy! It's so fun. You have soda, candy, (popcorn), and many other good snacks. Pizza is optional
Garage Party; Is a fine idea. You can give prizes for dance offs and things like a sing bee.
