get 2 dirty thirties, one of bud light one of bush. Get a liter of Capitan Morgan's, and get some UV Blue. Maybe if you want to see some real messed up people get some Jack Daniels shots going. Just tell 5 people, and then 200 will show up. Its fun don't worry.

Whats the budget? If high rent a club with a hot dj and music. Low budget have friends over for bowling.
Go iceskating and do something cheap...save the money for your sweet 16. Thats what I did and I am having a pretty big Sweet 16!

Ice Skating is ALWAYS fun. :) Winter wonderland themed party is GREAT too. Sleding, hot cocca, etc.
