I'm running a banquet for a non-profit organization?!

Question: I have about 40 people who have rsvp'd for the event.

In past years anywhere for 85-115 attendees have shown up.

I'm anticipating about 85 people this year.

I'm ordering from a cafe half chicken breasts, spaghetti marinara, garlic bread, and salad.

I do not know how much I should order!?

Any ideas?

Appreciated,

~person in need

I'd think each half chicken will serve 2-3 people, the cafe should be able to tell you how much you'll need of everything once you give them the head count. more is better than not enough. you may want to call your guests who never RSVP'd to check on their status- people just don't RSVP anymore, I don't know why. sounds yummy, have a great time!
