Any menu ideas for an international breakfast?!

Question: Our office is hosting a casual (finger food) holiday breakfast with an international theme. There are 10 of us hosting this. Each of us will be bringing something (around $20). We are expecting around 50 guests. Any menu ideas? TIA!

Breakfast burritos (Mexican). Scones with clotted cream or lemon curd (English). Nut or poppy seed rolls (Eastern European). Cheeses and fresh loaves of bread (French). Biscuits with ham (Southern US). Herring in sour cream sauce eaten with toothpicks (Scandinavian). Christmas Kringle (Danish). Bagels with lox, cream cheese, onion ( a lot of ethnic categories). Canadian bacon. There are a lot of recipes on the web for breakfast casseroles with different country spins on them- Greek, Italian breakfast casserole usually have eggs, some kind of cheese and meat. Hope that helps.
