Turkey crown usually doesn't have bones, so it should be all meat....it is between 41/2 and 6 llbs.....so a good helping for about 6 or a normal helping for about 8

since when did you all sit down to a 6lb turkey and get 1 lb of meat each? i would not be able to eat the rest of the meal if i had to eat 1lb of meat on my plate, that turkey will do 10 people,and please dont carve it in chunks, thin slices are best. have a good time .

normal Turkey 1lb of carcass to every person
most chefs work on 6- 8 oz of cooked meat before cutting.
sorry i cannot help more but I'm used to big birds ( 30- 40 lb )
