Angel hair pasta tossed with good quality parmesan, olive oil, sauteed garlic and campari tomatoes. It is light and tasty. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heavenly Hash
1 small tub of light or fat free sour cream, 1 cup sweetened coconut, 1 cup marshmallows, 2 cups mandarin oranges, 1 cup crushed pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans. stir it all up and serve.
