You should get a variety. I would get one fourth cheese, one fourth pepperoni, one fourth sausage, the last fourth should be a house special with everything but anchovies. I have gone this route with a large group and found this mix works well and everyone is happy. That would be about eighty pizzas, twenty of each kind. That would be about 1/3 of a pizza per person. You can adjust up or down.

I think you should just get pepperoni because not everybody likes other types of pizza except for this one.

Get a cheese, pepperoni, sausage, Hawaiian, and vegetable. Probably two of each.
Get a variety of pizzas. Four or 5 types should be enough that everyone can find something they like.
Ask at the pizza place what is popular and what they recommend. They have experience doing crowds. Besides, you'll want them to be able to get that many pizzas baked and ready for pick-up/delivery all at once.
