i'd go for later... maybe 5 or 6. 4 would also be good i guess. it all depends on what kind of party it is.

im 13 yrs old too ...<<i know it has nothing to do just wanted to point that out (lol) :P ok well for a birthday party ill say about 3 till like 5 or 6 (depending on what you have planned) nways have lotz of fun at the party hope everything would go well...
