If you are the one planning the party, I would suggest you do this ... start with the Precious Moments Birthday Train piece for age 1. This will be your gift. Because the piece is a little lamb, theme the party after lambs. It would be easy to use cotton batting and cotton balls to make things "fleecy."
Now for the next 16 years or so, you don't have to think about a gift or the theme for the birthday parties - just keep buying the Birthday Train pieces every year (which include a variety of animals, like a circus train). There's even a clown you can add for another special occassion.

Too funny. Another question with absolutely no punctuation. Do you realize how hard that is to read? sorry... but it really is difficult. Did you try Google for your theme ideas? You'd probably have better results than asking a bunch of people here. You know better than anyone what you really want. All I did was type "precious moments birthday party" into Google:

Maybe you'll have some luck with one of these. If there's a party store near you, be sure to look there too. Just Google "Party Stores - city state", or Party supplies, etc.
