How pretty yet fun! I love it! I think with your flatware it really depends on how you're going to use the dishes, plus how long you plan on having the set. (like, I tend to replace mine every 6 or 7 years!) If it's for every day use, and this isn't a set you plan on passing down through generations, I would keep it fun and funky and do a red handled flatware set with a baby blue tablecloth. If you are leaning more towards this being a special event set, then definitely go with a quality stainless set - you will pay a lot more, but it will last you a long time. Then I would do a deep red tablecloth.

The pattern is beautiful!
I suggest you stick with a good quality flatware
Stainless is my favorite.
The dishes are so pretty I wouldn't want to make the table too busy. You want the dishes to take center stage.

What time is dinner?

I would go with a pale blue for the tablecloth with matching napkins and maybe red handled tableware with red napkin rings.

You COULD do that. May I make a humble little suggestion? Do it the Asian way. Buy a full place setting of different kinds of designs. (Oh, okay, maybe four of this one.) The table really looks splendid with all the different designs and everyone can choose her own favorite pattern. I'm not talking about finding them at a garage sale. I mean really nice ones. The fact is that the prettiest design can become oppressive over and over and over again. Just a thought.
