Cheese Crustinis...

1 loaf of thin French baguette bread sliced 3/8" thin.
Pimiento cheese

Spread a thin layer of pimiento cheese on the sliced bread and place them on a cookie sheet. Place them under a 400 degree broiler til the tops start to get golden. Remove and serve. Awesome!

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

3 cans Whole water chestnuts
! pkg of your favorite bacon
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 Tablespoons brown sugar.

Mix the teriyaki and brown sugar and whisk well til the sugar is dissoved. Place the liquid in a gallon size Ziploc type bag. Add the whole waer chestnuts and marinate for about an hour. Slice the bacon into thirds. Drain the water chestnuts and wrap a piece of bacon around each chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the bacon appears done to your likeness. Let them cool a little and serve.

If you need cheap. Use popcorn but in 20 different flavours. Like ranch dresing and butter poured over top; jello sprinkles mixed in with buttered popcorn; brown sugar and nuts added to butered popcorn. Nacho seasoning or cajun seasoning mixed in with buttered popcorn. Jalapeno salt and lime margaritas can't be beat. Go to a party store and buy popcorn bags or popcorn bowls. Pour melted chocolate over regular popcorn etc. By keeping the snacks the same (popcorn) and varying the topings it will be more fun and festive

breaded mushrooms or stuffed mushrooms some of my favorites. finger sandwiches or wraps i think would be good as well.
