I would send them out right after Christmas with an RSVP.
That makes sure everyone got your invitation & read it to be put on their calendar.
you should send it the last day before winter vacation.That gives them a few weeks.
You should send them out soon due to the Holiday rush. This will give people enough time to respond. Happy Birthday in advance and Happy Holidays!!!
two to three days before vacations...s o that u dont miss anyone as many people skip schools two three days before vacations.........and it will give guests enough time to decide and plan their schedules according to that
