i think the spa thing would still be fun with boys at that age, you know some will let you paint their nails or put green stuff on their faces or gel their hair or whatever...

another fun but maybe goofy thing is to have a winter clothing race... split in 2 teams-boys v. girls? get 2 suitcases full with the same stuff--snowpants, parka, scarf, hat, mittens, boots, the goofier the better, one person on each team has to put everything on and run to the other side and back, undress, the next person in line puts the stuff on and same same same till the first team done wins. Silly and goofy but I almost wet my pants from laughing when we did this!!!!

Sledding????lol

dance mat contest
board games
truth or dare
pictionary in teams is always fun

under the sea, oscars, a favorite movie, ect.

you can have an indoor spa sorta thing. get a couple of tables, a straightener, curling iron, and a whole bunch of make up. take turns putting make up on each other and doing each others hair. or you could just have one person be the designated stylistand another be the make up artist. then put in a cool cd and have a sorta cat walk thing. or you could just dance around and stuff =D
