Filling for Chocolate cups?!

Question: I bought some choclate cups for Christmas and plan to fill them.
I thought of filling with fresh fruit, liquer, or meringue.

None of these really sound spectacular.
What ideas do you have? Has anyone ever made these and have suggestions?
The cups are premade

In the refrigerated section of the milk isle in the grocery stores they have already made cheesecake filling. It is pretty darned good and you can add flavor to it or even fruit, peppermint crushed up or chocolate chips.

Just mix your choice in and spoon into the cups and top with something festive like a peppermint candy or something.

Homemade caramel, peanut butter

Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

* . 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
* . 1 tablespoon cold water
* . 2 tablespoons boiling water
* . 1/2 cup sugar
* . 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
* . 1 cup (1/2 pt.)cold whipping cream
* . 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl; let stand 1 minute to soften. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved and mixture is clear. Cool slightly.

2. Stir together sugar and cocoa in medium bowl; add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bottom of bowl occasionally, until mixture is stiff. Pour in gelatin mixture; beat until well blended. Spoon into serving dishes.

3. Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Cover; refrigerate leftover desserts. Four 1/2 cup servings.

DOUBLE RECIPE: Use 1 envelope gelatin; double remaining ingredients. Follow directions above, using large bowl instead of medium bowl.

Whip up a pkg. of mousse (any flavour) and fill them with that. Drizzle a nice chocolate liquer on top and top with a cherry. Mix red and green ones for Christmas.

I make a strawberry mousse and top with whipped cream and a slice of fresh strawberry. But my grandchildren prefer vanilla ice cream with chocolate sprinkles (they like whipped cream as well and if I have it, of course, they get it).

Don't you just love those chocolate cups, and they come in different sizes - some the size of big thimbles and are great for appetizers or at a cocktail party. Everyone I know loves chocolate.

Make a ganache (using GOOD chocolate)--you can flavor it, if desired with any good apertif, such as Sambuca, or with a bit of cayenne or with a bit of any good quality essence.
Ganache is heavier and richer than mousse generally so this is a personal preference.

Make up a packet of pudding or mousse, replacing 1/2 of the milk with bailey's irish cream or amaretto.

My cousin mixed up a grasshopper cocktail and served it in the chocolate cups at her wedding.
