People eat it because they like it.

Its tastes and smells can bring back memories of past times where we had heightened emotions relating to its consumption that we wish to remember, relive, or simply enjoy.
Actually I heard about a study on the radio where the people that treat themselves to icecream once a week tend to be happier people. I guess it makes some kinda sense. Ice cream makes people happy, and its a treat...who doesn't like happy treats :)

Talk about good comfort food! It's sweet and yummy! And it chases away my blues! Too bad it makes me gain weight! I guess it's a female thing for a lot of females to find comfort in ice cream ( NOT all females, however. A lot, though)

I live in Springfield, Mo. Icecream sells fast here. Even in the 20's, it moves. I'm just waiting for Squirrel, or Opossum icecream. That's a dellicasie here. They got some new Cheese Cake flavors. I'm addicted. My brother-in-law would eat Vanilla icecream, with gravy. Gravy here, is a beverage.
