Well, name dishes after your favorite characters. Or just name them weird things to make them sound futuristic.
Examples:
Futuristic: HR-50 Torc (Honey Roasted Turkey)
Characters: Darth Mashed Potatoes
I realize I run the risk of sounding like a total moron here, seeing as how dinner with Jedi's is a little far out if you mean you are having Jedi's over for dinner, but if you mean a themed party, then good. And if you mean a family called the Jedis, ermm...Turkey? With potatoes and stuffing. Yes, yes that is good.
