Yes you can. On boxing day I slice the leftover turkey off the bone and heat it up gently in the gravy, without stirring it so that it doesn't break up(in a large dish in the oven, covered with foil).
It's always lovely and moist and is better than when freshly cooked on Christmas day.

I have many a good memory as a child of going to bed as my Dad put the Turkey in the oven on a very slow temperature on Christmas Eve Night

Yes, the turkey will be fine the next day because when meat is cooked, it stays well for several days. It is better to cook your turkey the night before, because when people cook the turkey on the same day, then sometimes they underestimate the time needed to cook, so then it is not ready at the time of the feast.

Happy Turkey and Merry Christmas!

It will be dry!
At the very most, I would suggest cooking your turkey very early Christmas morning if you will need your oven later in the day. Then you can set it on the counter until you are ready for supper. My mom always used steaming gravy and super hot dishes to warm up the turkey, as placing it back in the oven will tend to dry it out.
Happy holidays!

If it has been basted and also wrapped in foil it will retain juices and should be fine.

Merry Xmas!

It will be absolutely fine. I always cook my turkey on Christmas Eve so there's enough room in the oven for everything else on Christmas Day x

Well I'm doing mine Christmas eve & if it's dry well then they will have to put more gravy on it,,,only joking,it will be ok

Make sure you cover it with foil so the juices keep it moist; or lower the temp and bake it over the course of the day.

After the turkey cooks it should always set a little while to allow the juices to drain into the meat rather than on the meat tray. If it is not cut and is covered with aluminum foil it will be perfecty fine. I too have memories of the turkey being put in the oven on a low temp to cook throughout the night. What a wonderful smell to wake up to.
