We're doing something a little different this year. We're having a fish fry. Fried catfish, fries & onion rings, boudin balls and hush puppies..yummmmmmyyyy.
Turkey breast with roast potatoes, parsnips, mixed veg, salad and stuffing. Then for dessert it will be apple pie with either ice cream or single cream.

I'm Chinese, so we really don't celebrate Christmas. I'm making this meal because my husband's grandma is coming to visit our son and she doesn't have any real teeth. Therefore, the food needs to be quite soft for her to eat.
My husband is working so smoked salmon sandwiches & champagne. We will do the Christmas thing a couple of days later

Still trying to figure out what restaurant to go to? It was Ruth's Chris last year.
We were going to have a ham, but my husband suddenly said "Let's have veal!" No arguments here. So it's going to be veal piccata, garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes, bacon gravy, homemade stuffing with fresh sage, grilled asparagus with hollandaise, and a mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette and feta. That should stuff the two of us!
