$100 brownies is quite expensive. Either you are making 20 batches or baking them "columbian style"
Honestly, the brownie mixes are quite good if you don't want to bother with a scratch recipe. For $100, you can buy 40 boxes and the eggs and oil to complete the recipe. If you get the boxes on sale, you might even be able to get 80 boxes. You figure out how much you need and scale back from the numbers I provided above.
