Scavenger hunt!!!!
Scavenger hunts are always a blast!!! Make the list with birthday items....like find a balloon, make a card, a party hat, find another person who has the same bday month, ect

i'd say some video games..................if you have nintendo wii/xbox360/psp/ps3/ps2 or any other multiplayer games. try having some sort of games that are really interesting. why not ask your friends what they think about the type of games.
