How would you serve Beef Wellington?!

Question: Cooked whole and sliced or individually prepared?

Answers: Cooked whole and sliced or individually prepared?

I agree that presentation is very important, I would still go with individuals ir you are doing it at home for 14. Slicing for 14 would be a pain if you had to do it table side.

You can make individuals very presentable. Do a little flower design on the top of each one.

Whole, on a platter, sliced at the table. Presentation is everything.

If you're asking how to make Beef Wellington, I recommend individual servings wrapped separately in puff pastry rather than a whole filet simply for ease of preparation. I agree with a previous poster that presentation is an important part of this dish. Individual servings can be plated very attractively. You might want to use a pastry bag to pipe some potatoes in an attractive design as well

Cooked whole and sliced on the plate with butter garlic potatoes piped on top of three slices of beef wellington. A little chives, parsley, with balsamic reduction or red wine gastrique.
