Dunno if you live somewhere where the show "Trailer Park Boys" airs, but their favourite foods are...
- Cheap rum and coke (Newfie Screech brand rum)
- Chicken fingers, the kind that come in a huge box
- "ja-lappen-o" and "zesty mordant" doritos (jalapeno and zesty cheese which is mordant in French)
- Dressed All Over ruffles (All Dressed flavour)
- Pepperoni sausages
- Sugared cereals
- Chocolate milk, sometimes mixed with liquor

They also made mistletoe belt buckles on that show, once, and used marijuana like confetti - maybe weed-shaped confetti for the table?

You can always reference Britney Spears and put out some coffee drinks and chee-tos. Burgers are pretty white trashy.

As for decor, Confederate flags can work if it's a party full of people with a high tolerance for humour - but it can be kind of offensive to many, so consider it carefully.

Jeff Foxworthy Redneck stuff. Google him and it might give you some ideas. Not sure on the sp of last name.

Serve a wreath made out of Rice Krispie treats, (mix as directed, add green food coloring and shape on a piece of aluminum foil into a circle, then add red hots for berries)

Aluminum foil ornaments, or even beer cans hung from a tree.

Christmas lights hung everywhere, let the wires show and don't hang them neatly, string them from curtain to curtain and let them hang down all tacky.

Wife beater shirts are always in style, cold or not!

Plastic champagne glasses

Could also serve hot dogs, instead of little smokies.

You could make a gingerbread house and make it look like you just threw it together real fast, with crooked cuts and sloppy icing outlines.

How about a Barbie or a Bratz doll for an angel on the tree?
