If you are talking about Christmas Eve, I am cooking a TURDUCKEN- Its a Turkey with a D-boned duck and chicken inside with Cajun Pork Sausage. Deviled eggs, Ho Ho Cake-(tastes like a Hostess cupcake) Broccoli and rice casserole and Mac and Cheese. Also some sweet Tea. My Mother N law is in hospital so I got choosen to bring the most food today. I love to cook so this doesn't bother me a bit. Tomorrow I am cooking Chicken N dumplings and green beans and a Banana Pudding. COME ON DOWN!
