We went to a Persian restaurant- lots of meat and rice.
Last night I tried something new. Chicken cut small, cooked with onions, garlic, spinach, sundried tomatoes, seasonings and feta then wrapped up in phyllo dough packets and baked. Pretty darn tasty and different.
Had a plate of rice, with BBQ, some veggies, and an omelet. Mmmm althought i don't like rice much, but everything else made up for it.
