I have no ideas for my 13th, help pleazze?!
A theme party is always lots of fun. I really like the idea of a pirate party. You could serve punch, fruit/veggie plates, goldfish crackers, and gummy worms. Decoration could be gold chocolate coins, red/black balloons and streamers, maps, flags, signs (think "enter at your own risk" type thing), etc., etc..
If you don't like pirates you could always have a beach, disco, karaoke, casino, western, or murder mystery party.
You could always go bowling, skating, or to any group activity like that too.

i was away in france at boarding school when i turned 13. my dorm mother only acknowledged the birthdays of those she liked, so i definitely didnt get recognized for my 13th birthday. my parents forgot as well, because they were in russia. as sad as that sounds, it was the best day because it was the day i met the man i married!
have a sleepover with some friends- you guys can do spa night give facials, do nails, do hair, hang out, watch a scary movie, eat junk food, play a new game
go roller skating,ice skating or bowling- have snacks there
go to a pottery place where you all can make your own pottery
go to a fun pizza place where you can play games and hang
hotel party to go swimming
luau party- everyone dress Hawaiian and do beachy type things-limbo, indoor valley ball (or outdoors if you want!), hire a Hula dancer to come give lessons, make leis with fake flowers
