Birthday party ideas!?!

Question: My birthday is soon, I'll be seventeen!

I want original ideas! Not too expensive, I have about $200 to spend total, including food/cake/games/etc.

I'm inviting 14 people. I want to go out, and then sleepover! Anything will help, but I want original ideas.

I dont want anything kiddish either!
