For food: have food that she likes.
For the cake: Make a homemade cake! Make a white cake and take food coloring and make it green, take white frosting and get some lime green mm's and decorate the cake so it looks like polka dots!
For games: have face paint and ask the kids if they want green polka dots or anything green on there face. You can even buy some color hair spray of green the one you can wash off ( ask the parents first) and spray there hair don't forget to have them dress green.
Then have a scavenger hunt where you place giant circles with clues to find goody bags for each of the kids. you can even play put the dot on the picture get a funny picture of an animal and blind fold the kids and see where they put the dot! and the last idea try to get as many green foods as you can like broccoli, peas, an mnm, etc and have a food taking games! Blind fold them and have them taste them and see if they can figure it out!

well i guess thats depends how old she is you could make some polka dots hide them all around the house and who ever finds the most is the winner. make melon balls(fruit). green kool-aid, green cupcakes, lime jello, polka dot plates and napkins, green silverware,

for drink either sprite or sierra mist. for food hot dogs with a side of relish and guacamole with chips. tell everybody to wear something green. and for a game, make some four leaf clovers and have a scavenger hunt, and whoever finds the most gets a prize. Hope that helped!!!
