no, u r not too old. it never hurts to do things u enjoyed in the past. i went to club libby lu when i was 12 for my b-day and no one made fun of me. so go for it!
I think you both will love it there. My daughter is also eleven and she enjoys it there. There is many things to do. Maybe for new years eve you should spend time with your family and go another time. But you could do what makes you two happy. Have fun!
