What can you suggest that i serve for New Year's eve Dinner ?!

Question: I was thinking of spaghetti, fruit salad, ham sandwiches, queso de bola and wine. What else can I add to make it lavish. We are just a group of ten persons.

OMG you know what is really good and would be an amazing appetizer, these Mushroom Bites from Trader Joe's. I'm sure you can get some good 1's from any good super market, but the kind from Trader Joe's are amazing. They are simple and so delicious. Something else similar to spaghetti but in my opinion more exciting and appropriate for holidays is Lasagna. You can find some really good lasagna's in the store, or you could check out recipe's and make 1 on your own. Salad is also usually a good bet, in addition to a fruit salad, if anyone prefers a green salad you could get some ez premade, delicious salads or make one on your own. Whatever you do tho, if you are going to make a green salad, a secret ingredient that works with almost any flavor green salad is Carmelized Nuts (walnuts or pecans). People will luv u !!! lol

Anyways, hope that helped a little, hav a great New year's.

I would buy some fortune cookies for an appetizer or for good luck.... Everyone can open up and see their fortune for the New Year.

That sounds perfect. And as a tradition most people serve black eyed peas. There is a recipe for them on allrecipe.com!

Can't go wrong with pizza!
