I have a few that I don't want to miss. Chef at Home & Chef at Large.
I find I am watching PBS lately on Saturdays especially Jacques Pepin and Lidia Bastianich.
Used to watch Mario Batali and Emeril but they are not running at present. Also, Master Chefs hosted by Julia Child.
Fortunately I taped these shows for future reference.
I have to say that I am a Foodnetwork junkie. I love all of them... but my favs are Rachel Ray, Ina Garten, Paula Deen, Bobby Flay and Sandra Lee. But lately, I've been hooked on Dinner:Impossible. I love that Robert... what a bod?
I'm really getting tired of Emeril.... everything he cooks is too highly spiced (Bam!) or uses hard to find ingredients. He's just not as down-to-earth as he was when he first started.
I could (and do) watch it for hours on end.
