Do an easy scaveger hunt with clues on pieces of pink paper. Split the guests into a couple of teams and have the hints rhyme and be at a 7 year old level (maybe even pictures on them if they need them). This can be done just around your house. The end prize could be chocolate.
Have a pink posterboard hanging on the wall of your living room and then have everyone write something sweet, a good memory or trait of daughters. Like write really big on the posterboard, "my best memory of Samantha is..." or "I love Samantha because..." and then everyone can write on it and she can keep it for a little while. Decorate it nice and maybe you write yours first so people know what to write. Make chocolate cookies in advance and then have the guests decorate them with pink frosting and sprinkles, then they can eat them. Just some ideas...

I'm sure lots of people will have ideas, but it might be helpful to add your daughter's age, so that the games are age appropriate.
