RICE PILAF

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. long grain rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 1/2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter over medium heat in large saucepan. Stir in the orzo until golden brown. Add the rice, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth to rice mixture. Turn to high heat until rice comes to a boil, cover and turn heat to low, simmer 20 minutes or until rice is fluffy and all liquid is absorbed. Let the pilaf sit 10 minutes off heat before serving.
Serves 3.

OR

Baked sweet potato topped with butter, a pinch of sugar and cinnamon. Yum!

And

Steamed asparagus drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Wrap in tin foil and place in same oven for 20 minutes.

shrimp! they have rings, or sautee in garlic.butter

These sites are pretty good, they always get me out of a mental block when comming up with new meals for my kids.Hope you have a fantastic nite.

Go where the chefs go (I'm one who does!). The web address below will link you to the rib eye steak pages at EPIcurious. They have many reviews which I find helpful. Have fun!
