Microsoft word has some built in -- as does Publisher, if you have it. Do a search from the help menu, and it will guide you to the right template.
I just look online for ideas, like on the wording and design, then print off my own using clipart form the computer and changing fonts to see what looks best. use a thicker cardstock paper to print them on and pick up some invitation envelopes from Walmart. I also like to buy inexpensive stamps and a stamp pad to decorate the outside of the envelopes- makes it a bit fancier!
