Birthday party for a girl turning 12!?!?!?!

Question: My birthday is in the middle of January. I need some ideas. I want to invite 3 or 4 people. I want it to be a sleepover but also do things durin the day. I was thinking maybe a summer theme, but I really need help coming up with more ideas. I don't want an extremely planned party, I want us to have some free time to watch a movie or just chill you know. I also don't want to make my mom drive us around places alllll day..... PLEASE HELP ME!! Thank you so much for your time and effort!

Maybe ice-skating? My friends and I hung out there once and it was a blast!!!!! everone had fun with one another. =) and my friend is also looking for a birthday party idea for January too! But instead, she's turning 11.. Well, good luck!

try a sleepover theme and do things inside like makeup watch movies and order pizza

It might sound corny but what about a scavenger hunt? You can hide sample size bottles of body mist, nail polish, lip gloss etc. You could also build a theme around make-up/pampering, set your living room or spare room up like a spa and have fun treating each other to pedicures/manicures. Don't forget to have lots of snacks and drinks on hand during movies. Another fun activity is to get fabric paint and decorate t-shirts or bags, you can also decorate pillowcases early in the day and by that evening they should be ready to sleep on. Hope this helps, good luck and Happy Birthday! :o)
