How about a nacho bar with all the trimmings? You could probably pretty easily duplicate the design on those plates as a birthday cake..... or get a sheetcake from walmart with similar colors.

Pretzels dipped on white chocolate and some in regular chocolate, then possible some truffles. Those are pretty, and fun!
