Don't do Walmart. Cakes are to dry. I dont know how much time you have . But If you want cake always a grocery over a walmart. If they dont have colors you need . Get some plain colored cupcakes. They come in frozen. It takes about 25-30 min to thaw out . Get some color sray in a can to make the Icing match you decor or sprinkles. They should be in the baking aisle. then at home take some books of different heights and place a table cloth over it to make stair cases and place the cupcakes on that display. It will be ok .
