You didn't say whether you were a guy or girl, so, here are ideas for each:

For girls: Sleepover with a movie (either theater or video), making snacks together, being silly, playing DDR or American Idol on the Wii, staying up way too late, maybe breakfast out together in the morning.

For guys: Sleepover with pizza dinner, movie (either theater or video) or paintball, playing video games, lots of snacks (chips, cookies, Mountain Dew), staying up way too late, maybe breakfast made by parents in the morning.

Hope this helps!

Treasure hunt (around the mall), horseback riding, mini Fear Factor, dance party, sleepover, sledding party, masquerade party, make over party, camping party, weekend trip, water park, amusement park, murder mystery party (like Clue), swimming, limo to pick you up from school, capture the flag

Do you have any local bands around, from your high school would be best. Contact them and see if they will play at your house and throw a garage party.

Casual clothes a must! Have red bull Punch or a coffee bar, if coffee is cool with your friends, idk, it is with kids around here this age. You could do "mocktails" and have an older sibling make the drinks.

Have a photo opp with each guest with the band and give it as a keepsake. Make some photo frames with scrap booking papers( make sure to measure the type of photos you'll be taking). An instant camera, like a Polaroid is best, so you don't have to fool with printing pictures during the party.

Well, I hope this give you at least one idea, hope it helps!

Other idea would be a cooking lesson party (girls & boys)
or Karoke.
