Im turning thirteen in feb i have been trying to find a theme like luau or masqurade or something help!?!

You're 13. Don't little kids at that age like, play on bouncy castles or something, not worry about the music to play at their party.
I suggest a card and party store, have some one take you there and you will find your own likes. I just through my fiance a 30 year old birthday party and they have tons of ideas. Big lots or outlet card and party stores are cheaper.
Go to a party supply store and look around, you will probably see something that really catches you eye, go with that.
