The decorations should be white, baby blue and silver. Mirrored tiles on the table would be pretty. With a white tablecloth. Hang paper snowflakes and scatter a few on the table too. Silver tinsel can be hung or put on table too.
You could go different ways with the food.
1. The food could be things you would have outside over a fire, like if you were ice skating outside.
Hot Chocolate with Marshmellows
Hot Dogs
S'mores
Birthday Cake--of Course! In white, maybe with a snow theme.
or
2. Teaparty type foods--think dainty.
Iced cookies
Confectioners sugar dusted cookies
Small sandwiches
Dips and Dippers (Veggies with ranch dressing, fruit with whipped cream, Small pieces of toasted bread with cheese dip)
White and Silver Birthday Cake
Ice Cream
Punch

The important thing about the food is to have something people will eat and enjoy! So choose foods that you and your friends really LIKE!

Ask everyone to dress in white and silver or give each guest a hat, gloves or scarf to wear.

A craft project would be fun. See if a craft store has wooden snowflakes you could paint. A nice take home rememberance of your party.
A movie would be good. Choose something that you will all enjoy--have popcorn too!
Playing cards or board games is good too. Madgab is a game that most teenagers like.

Just be sure to choose activities that all of you would enjoy. That is more important than anything.
